    I went to BI-LO to get this deal and the paper towels were not 4.19. Is this a published deal?

    Hey Dawn. It was not in the ad, but it should have had a sticker indicating that price. Just a rule of thumb, always take the product up to customer service and have them scan it. Just recently I went to buy the Angel Soft tissue when it was on sale for .99 cents. When I approached the tissue there was no sign indicating that price. Customer service scanned it and sure enough it was on sale but not marked. (!Frustrating!..I know.)
